PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a color conversion processing program which controls an allocation rate of individual colors included in a prescribed color theme and achieves a hue corresponding to the color theme in an image of a conversion destination.SOLUTION: A color conversion processing program functions as: cost map generation means for generating a cost map in which a cost for converting a pixel value of an input image into a theme color is given to a corresponding pixel on the individual theme color of a color theme; minimum cost pixel rate calculation means for calculating as a minimum cost pixel rate a rate of the corresponding pixel having a cost Cin which addition cost (C+h) obtained by adding an addition parameter hto the cost Cof the cost map becomes equal to or less than an addition cost (C+h) in an other cost map; and allocation control means for determining a value Hof the addition parameter hwith which the minimum cost pixel rate is within a prescribed allocation rate range and allocating the theme color of the cost map having the cost Cin which the addition cost (C+H)≤(C+H) to a pixel of the input image.
