PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition used for inhibiting crystallization and calcification of hydroxyapatite in the development of dental calculi, arteries, veins, heart, brain, lung and skin.SOLUTION: In an association of phytate and zinc shown by the following formula in a synergism rate, the association is in a molar ratio between the phytate and the zinc exceeding 4:1. Disclosed is the association for manufacturing a drug used for treating, preventing and/or escaping the calcification of hydroxyapatite such as in teeth, cardiovascular, brain, and skin. |
