The antenna (1) is provided with: a dielectric substrate (10) having a first surface and second surface; an electricity supply element (11) that has a strip shape formed at the first surface of the dielectric substrate (10) and that has a first end connected to an electricity supply point (13) and a free second end; and a non-electricity-supplying element (12) that has a strip shape formed at the second surface of the dielectric substrate and that has a first end connected to the grounding conductive plate (104) and a free second end.
