A fermenter using a surface heating element according to the present invention includes: a first frame which forms a space inside and is open in the upper part; a second frame which forms a fermentation space inside and is arranged in the first frame; a cover which opens and closes the top of the first frame and the second frame; an insulator which is installed to surround the outer side of the second frame; the heating element which is formed in a surface form between the outer side of the second frame and the insulator and raises the temperature of a fermentation space in the second frame; and a control board which is arranged in one side of the first frame and controls the temperature of the fermentation space by controlling the heating temperature of the heating element. |
