(OBJECTIVE) Provided are a constant voltage circuit which has the characteristic of stable operation or low consumption current and an analog electronic clock which has the constant voltage circuit. (SOLUTION) A constant voltage circuit which changes on/off states by a preset signal and controls the voltage of the gate of a power transistor based on an input reference voltage and a feedback voltage, a switch circuit which is connected to the output terminal of the difference amplification circuit and is on/off by a preset signal, and a voltage maintaining circuit which is connected between a power terminal and the gate of the power transistor and has capacitance and resistance connected in series. An analog electronic clock which has the constant voltage circuit which supplies a voltage to at least an oscillation circuit and a division circuit.
