The present invention relates to an ultrasonic system delivering drugs through skin using multiple frequencies, and a control method thereof. The ultrasonic system according to an embodiment of the present invention can enhance the efficiency of drug delivery through skin by irradiating the skin with a high-frequency ultrasonic wave and a low-frequency ultrasonic wave by a time division method or a space division method.
