Provided in the present invention for achieving a purpose is a back protective sheet for a solar cell module which comprises a first resin layer comprising a thermally conductive master batch, a white master batch, and polyethylene (PE); a primary adhesive resin layer formed on at least one side of the first resin layer; a second resin layer having the primary adhesive resin layer to be formed in parallel to the first resin layer; a secondary adhesive resin layer formed on the opposite side of the surface contacted with the primary adhesive resin layer on the second resin layer; and a fluorine-based resin layer having the secondary adhesive resin layer to be formed in parallel to the second resin layer. Moreover, provided is a solar cell module which comprises the back protective sheet for the solar cell module.
