<p>A system, apparatus, and method for monitoring activity of a user, including receiving data corresponding to a first target threshold and a second target threshold of activity, and displaying the first target threshold level. Further included is receiving activity level data corresponding to the user activity, determining whether the activity level data exceeds the first target threshold level, and notifying the user that the first target threshold level has been exceeded, when it is determined that the activity level data exceeds the first target threshold level. Further included is determining whether the activity level data exceeds the second target threshold level, and notifying the user that the second target threshold level has been exceeded, when it is determined that the activity level data exceeds the second target threshold level.</p> |
