Embodiments of the present invention provide a propagation delay processing method, apparatus, and device. The method comprises: acquiring a propagation delay value, wherein the quantization precision of the propagation delay value is smaller than 3 chips; converting the propagation delay value into a propagation delay report value according to the quantization precision of the propagation delay value; and reporting the propagation delay report value to a radio network controller. The propagation delay processing method, apparatus, and device provided by the embodiments of the present invention can improve precision of a propagation delay.
