摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing structure of an optical fiber and the like, capable of preventing positional displacement of the optical fiber and stably fixing the optical fiber.SOLUTION: A fiber fixation pedestal 9 is provided with a groove 15 opening upward, along an axial direction of an optical fiber 13 to be fixed. The optical fiber 13 is arranged within the groove 15 along the groove 15, and fixed to an inner surface of the groove 15 via adhesive 11. In this case, inside surfaces of the groove 15 facing each other serve as fixing surfaces 17 of the optical fiber 13. That is, the optical fiber 13 is fixed via the adhesive 11 to the fixing surfaces 17 which face each other and are the inside surfaces of the groove 15. A space part 19 in which the adhesive 11 and the fiber fixation pedestal 9 are not bonded is formed in a vertical direction of the optical fiber 13, i.e., the space part 19 is provided in a vertical direction substantially perpendicular to the fixing direction in which the optical fiber 13 is fixed.
