摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sound wave electromagnetic wave resonance measurement apparatus using a dual cavity.SOLUTION: The sound wave electromagnetic wave resonance measurement apparatus comprises: a first cavity and a second cavity which are two cavities that allow for calculation of resonance model by the sound wave and electromagnetic wave theory and are shaped in a cylinder or pseudosphere; holes through which sample gas is introduced into or discharged from the cavities; a sound wave transmitter/receiver generating sound wave in each cavity to measure sound wave resonance characteristics; and an electromagnetic wave transmitter/receiver generating electromagnetic wave in each cavity to measure electromagnetic wave resonance characteristics. The one first cavity is placed in a reference temperature field, and the other second cavity is placed in an arbitrary temperature field. The first cavity and the second cavity are coupled to each other by a common pipe. This configuration equalizes sample gas pressure, molar polarizability, average molecular weight, ideal gas specific heat ratio and the like in each of the cavities placed in different temperature fields.
