PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an active biomimetic comprising Fc domain of an immunoglobulin and a composition comprising such a biomimetic.SOLUTION: There is provided a cluster stradomer unit monomer produced using a recombinant nucleic acid molecule and a host cell comprising the nucleic acid molecule, which is a recombinant nucleic acid molecule comprising a sequence encoding for a cluster stradomer unit monomer protein comprising an IgG1Fc domain and the hinge multimerization domain of IgG2, wherein the cluster stradomer unit multimerizes by the hinge multimerization domain of the IgG2 to form a cluster stradomer, and the cluster stradomer can bind to two or more Fcγ receptors.
