PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology capable of collectively forming a laminate of a colored spacer and the like having different height by a photolithography, easy to control a shape and a level difference, and capable of preventing elution of impurities included in the laminate.SOLUTION: A laminate having different height is collectively formed from a laminate precursor obtained by forming one or more layers of a precursor of a cured layer (Y) by using a photosensitive composition (2) containing (A) a photoinitiator and (B) an alkali-soluble resin on a precursor of a cured layer (X) formed by using a photosensitive coloring composition (1) containing (A) the photoinitiator, (B) the alkali-soluble resin and (C) a coloring material on a support medium, and having a coloring material inclusion concentration per solid content of the photosensitive composition (2) is lower than the coloring material inclusion concentration per solid content of the photosensitive composition (1) by a photolithography method.
