PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reproducing device, a reproducing method, and a reproducing program capable of appropriately controlling a reproducing tempo based on a running/walking tempo.SOLUTION: A reproducing device includes: running/walking tempo calculation means for calculating a running/walking tempo of a user who is running/walking; target tempo determination means for determining a target tempo changed based on the running/walking tempo calculated by the running/walking tempo calculation means when a music data reproducing position has reached a musical break; and reproducing tempo control means for controlling a music data reproducing tempo based on the target tempo determined by the target tempo determination means. In the reproducing device, frequent change of the reproducing tempo can be suppressed appropriately. Thereby, music that matches the running/walking tempo can be reproduced in a listenable manner while the reproducing tempo is matched to the running/waling tempo appropriately.
