<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable electronic device with a display function that can prevent a wrong operation from being received when a section boundary line is in motion.SOLUTION: A mobile phone 1 comprises: a liquid crystal panel 3 that includes a display area capable of displaying one or more images corresponding to respective functions, and displays a section boundary line movable in a direction from a first side of the display area to a second side thereof and segmenting the display area into a first display area and a second display area; a touch panel 4 that receives a first user input for changing a position of the section boundary line and a second user input for starting a function corresponding to one of the images; and a CPU that allows the section boundary line to be moved to a new position in the display area in response to the first user input, and, while the section boundary line is in motion above any one or more of one or more images, causes any one or more of one or more images to be disabled so as not to respond to any of the second user input nor execute any of the functions.</p> |
