PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easily repairable solar cell module.SOLUTION: The management device manages the solar cell module 1 comprising a light guide body unit 2 for receiving an external light L at a main surface 3a, taking the external light inside, and propagating the light inside to emit the light from edge surfaces 3c, 4c; and solar cell elements 5,6 arranged facing edge surfaces and receiving the light emitted from edge surfaces to generate the power. The management device comprises a failure determination part for determining whether a member in the solar cell module is defective based on the power generation amount of the solar cell element.
