PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adequately realize a function that transfers and outputs not only sound data stored in a communication partner device but also sound data stored in a server at a communication network side.SOLUTION: An on-vehicle device 2 transmits and receives control data by AVRCP, and transfers sound data by A2DP to output if it transfers and outputs the sound data stored in a mobile phone 3, and on the other hand, it employs SPP instead of AVRCP, and transmits and receives control data by SPP and transfers sound data by A2DP to output if the sound data stored in a server 36 at a communication network 35 side is sequentially buffered to the mobile phone 3 and transferred and output. Regardless of a command defined by AVRCP, any command and any data (payload) can be transmitted and received by SPP.
