1. A method comprising:
receiving, at a client computer, a document configured to have text forming at least one or more signature areas or blocks, wherein execution of the at least one or more signature areas or block indicates acceptance by a user of said client computer to form an agreement; using said client computer to generate an identifier, namely, a numeric or alphanumeric number, uniquely associated with said document that is configured to have text forming at least one or more signature areas or blocks; accepting signals from a user input device of said client computer to capture consecutive video frames of the user verbalizing the identifier that is uniquely associated with the document, wherein said user verbalizing said identifier is configured to form an agreement by indicating acceptance of terms of said document; storing, by said client computer, said consecutive video frames in a video file and associating said video file with the document; and upon user selection or interaction with the at least one or more signature areas or blocks of the document, initiating playback of said video file including said consecutive video frames displaying the user verbalizing said unique identifier and authenticating the user's acceptance of said agreement. |
