A method of treating a disorder in a subject in need thereof, comprising administering to the subject a CDP-therapeutic peptide conjugate in an amount effective to treat the disorder, wherein the CDP-therapeutic peptide is of the formula:wherein each L is independently a linker or absent and each D is independently a therapeutic peptide, a prodrug thereof, or absent, and wherein the grouphas a Mw of 5 kDa or less and n is at least 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19 or 20, provided that the polymer comprises at least one therapeutic peptide, thereby treating the subject. |
