The present invention pertains to a polymer radical material/Li metal oxide/electroconductive material composite characterized in that the Li metal oxide and the electroconductive material are made part of the composite by being incorporated into the polymer radical material, which assumes a radical partial structure in a reduction condition. By means of the present invention, a secondary cell can be provided capable of discharge with higher energy density and at a higher electric current.
