The invention relates to an energy effective control system of installation for production of vegetable oils. This kind of systems are characterized by high consumption of energy for maintaining the process and therefore it is essential the control of the installation to be carried out in such a way as to reduce the energy resources. The state of the art encompasses processes of food processing industry related to the production of various types of vegetable oils- from corn germ, from sunflower, from rapeseed, from grape seed, etc. Furthermore, these processes are the basis of the technology for production of biodiesel. The basis of the invention is to ensure the necessary quality of the end production in the reduction of the energy costs by an appropriate combination of the energy flows for the heating of the material in the stove, for moistening and simultaneous heating of the material at the inlet of the stove and for the wetting of the material with water. |
