The present invention relates to a biomaterial chemically bonded to a contrast agent for tracing the transplantation of in vivo biomaterials for a long time and a method for producing the same. The biomaterial chemically bonded to a contract agent according to the present invention has been developed in order to solve a problem in which long-term image tracing cannot be easily performed because an existing biomaterial which simply contains a unimolecular contrast agent is in vivo transplanted and then the unimolecular contrast agent is in vivo discharged in a short time. A biomaterial is produced in which a fluorescent material or a nanoparticle is induced in a terminal or a side chain functional group of a polymer through a chemical bond, so that in vivo long-term imaging to a drug carrier, a scaffold, or another material to be in vivo transplanted becomes possible.
