<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a module which suppresses effect of wiring resistance and wiring inductance.SOLUTION: A module 1 comprises a first functional element 2 and a second functional element 3, comprising a base electrode, an emitter electrode, and a collector electrode. The module 1 also comprises a frame 4 directly connected to any one of the electrodes of the first functional element 2 and to any one of the electrodes of the second functional element 3. A part of the frame 4 serves as a terminal.</p> |
