A re-writable electronic label is disclosed. The electronic label includes an antenna configured to receive encrypted signals; a processor configured to interpret the encrypted signals and generate a barcode based thereon; and an electronic-ink display configured to display the generated barcode. The electronic-ink display, the processor, and the antenna are coupled together and may be in the form of a sticker. |
