In one embodiment, the OPA provides a computer-delivered technology-driven systems approach for occupational psychological assessment for talent identification, acquisition, management and support, which adapts to a user's responses to provide an individualized evaluation. The OPA may also be integrated with mobile technology and multi-touch interfaces.
