A microwave heating irradiation device comprising a primary radiator (1) that radiates spherical-surface microwaves, one reflective mirror (2) that reflects the spherical-surface microwaves, and a sample stand (3). The reflective mirror (2) has a torus mirror surface shape, obtained by the center axis (14) of an elliptical curve, as the axis of rotation therefor, passing through the center position (13) of the sample stand (3), said elliptical curve having the center position (12) of the primary radiator being the wave source for the spherical-surface microwaves as a first focal point therefor and having the center position of the sample stand as a second focal point therefor.
