The manner of obtaining of hydrogel dressings

Disclosed is a method for making wound dressing based on hydrogel of polyvinyl pyrrolidone or monomer thereof, agar, purified water, ethylene or propylene polyglycol, argentum with use of ionizing radiation. Complex of cationic polysaccharide, preferably chitosan, and argentum is prepared by mixing AgNOwith chitosan powder preliminarily subjected to degradation by radiation. The precipitation is filtered, washed with purified water and added to mixture of polyvinyl pyrrolidone or monomer thereof, agar, purified water, ethylene or propylene polyglycol, and gel prepared is cross-linked by effect of ionizing radiation.
