The valve (100) has a plug (5) supported at a housing (2) in a rotatable manner around a rotational axis (7). The plug is pressured by a spring (13) in a direction of the axis during sealing engagement of a sealing surface (6) with the housing. A holding device (300) is fastened to the housing in a removable manner, and holds the plug opposite to pressure direction of the spring. The sealing surface is conically designed, and the handle piece is arranged in an axial direction, where the plug is coupled to a handle piece (8) that is rotatably supported at the housing.
