A bio ultrasonic electrode includes a housing, a piezoelectric device which has both surfaces which are electrically connected to external power and is installed at the housing, and a functional ultrasonic coupling layer which is arranged in front of the piezoelectric device and has a bonding force with regard to the skin of a human body or a target object. The purpose of the bio ultrasonic electrode according to the present invention is to stimulate the ultrasonic waves to the human body for treatment or to sense an ultrasonic signal from a bio tissue for diagnosis.
