<p>The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a damper, comprising: a cutting step for cutting a metallic tube (100) in a predetermined length; a cap part forming step for forming upper and lower cap parts (11, 12) at both ends of the cut tube; and an assembling step for inserting a bush (20) into the inside of the upper cap part (11) of the tube, enabling the other end of a piston rod (35) coupled with a washer (74), a piston (30), and a first coil spring (41) to be coupled with a hole of the bush (20), and fixing the upper cap part (11) and the bush (20) inserted therein. In addition, the present invention can have a constant damping force and remarkably improve durability by providing the washer (74) at the piston rod (35) on the inside of the tube, additionally providing a second coil spring (42) between the washer (72) and the bush (20), and manufacturing a damper tube by using a metal material.</p> |
