<p>Provided is a probe for optical imaging, capable of obtaining an observation image stabilized by a fluid dynamic bearing. The probe for optical imaging guides, to the rear, light that has been incident to the front end side thereof, and comprises: a rotation-drive source (10) that drive-rotates a rotor (11); a cylindrical rotating shaft (20) crossing to, inserted into, and fixed to the rotation center side of the rotor (11), in the axial direction; an optical fiber (30) inserted into the cylindrical rotating shaft (20) and capable of having light be incident to the front end side thereof; and bearing members (41, 42) that rotatably support the cylindrical rotating shaft (20). The bearing members (41, 42) configure a fluid dynamic bearing that generates a locally high lubricating film pressure at a plurality of locations in the circumferential direction.</p> |
