<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayer substrate module that improves the Q value of an inductor and allows sufficiently obtaining an insertion-loss improvement effect.SOLUTION: A multilayer substrate module 100 includes a multilayer circuit substrate 110, mounting lands 131 and 132, and input/output terminals 120 and 121. Inside the multilayer circuit substrate 110, a wiring line 190 connecting the mounting land 131 and the input/output terminal 120, an inductor L1 constituting a part of the wiring line 190, a first ground conductor G1 located closer to one primary surface side than to the inductor L1, and a second ground conductor G2 located closer to the other primary surface side than to the inductor L1 are formed by conductor patterns. The formation area of the inductor L1 is not superposed with the formation area of the second ground conductor G2 near a layer in which the inductor L1 is formed of the first ground conductor G1 and the second ground conductor G2 when one primary surface or the other primary surface of the multilayer circuit substrate 110 is viewed in plan.</p> |
