PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel series of compounds having inhibitory activity against HIV replication.SOLUTION: The invention provides compounds of the specified general formula (I), derivatives thereof comprising detectable labels, compositions thereof, and uses thereof in the treatment of human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) infection. Specifically, the invention provides novel inhibitors of HIV replication, pharmaceutical compositions containing such compounds and methods for using the compounds in the treatment of HIV infection.
