a sending-end circuit sending an input signal; a receiving-end circuit receiving the signal from the sending-end circuit; a transmission line connected to the sending-end circuit and the receiving-end circuit in series, for transferring the signal from the sending-end circuit to the receiving-end circuit; and a termination resistor included in at least one of the sending-end circuit and the receiving-end circuit, wherein a value of the termination resistor is greater than a characteristic impedance value of the transmission line. |
