The present invention provides: a mesh for a nebulizer for nebulizing and discharging liquid, the mesh being used to nebulize the liquid; and a method for manufacturing the mesh for a nebulizer. The mesh has through-holes (17) and is characterized in that each of the through-holes (17) comprises: a solid cylindrical space portion (174) formed in one of the surfaces of the mesh for a nebulizer; and an opening (172) formed in the other surface so as to expand in a mortar shape.
