A sample heating device is provided with: a sample introduction part which has an internal space to which a carrier gas is supplied, and a sample boat gateway opening/closing mechanism; a combustion tube which is connected to the internal space and into which the carrier gas flows from the internal space; a heating furnace for heating the combustion tube; a boat operation mechanism for moving the sample boat disposed in the internal space into the combustion tube by a sample boat moving rod that is operable from the outside of the internal space while maintaining the airtightness of the internal space by a seal member; and a temperature sensor for measuring the temperature of the sample boat moving rod. |
