The invention relates to a particle foam component having an embedded fastening element made of a thermoplastic or an elastomeric plastic, wherein the fastening element is surrounded at least in some sections by a wrapping made of a first particle foam of a first plastic. A cohesively bonded and/or positively engaged composite material is formed in a first contact surface between the fastening element and the wrapping. The wrapping is surrounded at least in some sections by a moulded part made of a second particle foam of a second plastic, wherein in a second contact surface a cohesively bonded composite material is formed between the wrapping and the moulded part.
