<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a theft countermeasure device of a motor cycle, which can be arranged while effectively using a storage space or another vehicle body space.SOLUTION: In the motor cycle, a muffler (40) is formed in a manner that a front end is arranged near a main frame (12) and assumes a tapered pipe shape as viewed in a vehicle side, which increases in cross section toward a vehicle rear, the muffler linearly extends backward and then a tail cup (63) is attached. A first fastening part (64) for fastening the muffler (40) to a vehicle body side is provided on a front pipe (53) connected to the muffler (40). A second fastening part (65) for fastening the muffler (40) to the vehicle body side is provided on a linear part. The tapered pipe shape occupies at least half of a distance (L1) between the first fastening part (64) and the second fastening part (65).</p> |
