a first base having: a first base body; a first first base hinge having first a first end and a second end, the first end pivotably attached to the first base body; and a second first base hinge having a first end and a second end, the first end pivotably attached to the first base body; and a second base having: a second base body; a first second base hinge having a first end and a second end, the first end pivotably attached to the base body; and a second second base hinge having a first end and a second end, the first end pivotably attached to the base body, the second end of the first first base hinge pivotably attached to the second end of the second second base hinge and the second end of the second first base hinge pivotably attached to the second end of the first second base hinge, and the second first base hinge pivotably attached to the second base hinge.
