The purpose of the present invention is to prevent the entry and the like of foreign matter between a support member and a swingable rotating member when, for example, a sliding door is fully opened. A power supply device (1') is provided with a rotating member (5') that holds a harness (48) that is inserted therethrough and a support member (3') that swingably supports the rotating member and that is fixed to a fixed structural body (53) or a sliding structural body (54). The power supply device (1') has a configuration in which: the rotating member comprises an annular outer peripheral wall (15) and a harness lead-out section (21); the support member comprises one side wall (8') that is arranged along the outer peripheral wall; and the harness lead-out section moves in a direction leading away from the side wall when the sliding structural body is fully opened, the outer peripheral wall is widely exposed between the harness lead-out section and the side wall, the outer peripheral wall and the side wall overlap in the plate thickness direction thereof while in this state and are either adjacent or in contact, and the entry of foreign matter between the outer peripheral wall and the side wall is thereby prevented. |
