<p>A suspension mounting bracket comprises a bracket body (3) provided with a gearbox connecting part (32) and a damping cushion connecting part (33). The gearbox connecting part (32) is provided with a gearbox locating hole (31) and a depression on one side of the damping cushion connecting part (33) forms a locating groove (333) and a damping cushion connecting plate (331). One end of the locating groove (333) is open and the other end is closed. The damping cushion connecting plate (331) is provided with damping cushion mounting holes (3310) and an included angle is formed between the symmetry axis of the locating groove (333) and the central axis of the gearbox locating hole (31). During assembly, the suspension mounting bracket is installed on a gearbox firstly; thus the problem that the powertrain of an automatic guided vehicle (AGV) cannot be assembled due to a locating stud of the gearbox not being parallel to the Z direction can be solved.</p>
