The insert element has fastening portion and filling portion which are connected to an insert element main portion in preset manner, by which the fastening portion is entered into a detachable connection with a portion of a belt deflector (13). The filling portion covers the two edge regions (20) of a belt guide slot (18) in the belt deflector having enlarged radius, through projection portions, such that two edge regions of guide slot is provided in same level as central region (19).
