The present invention relates to a composition including a polymer and an exfoliated graphite and having blocking properties of water and gas, a film obtained by coating the composition, and an application of the film in a packaging field. The composition including the polymer and the exfoliated graphite according to the present invention and the film obtained by coating the composition have good blocking properties of water and gas, and can be usefully used for packaging foods, drugs, medical appliances, and electrical and electronic products requiring the blocking of water and gas.
