The present invention relates to a device and a method for heating a road surface of asphalt and, more specifically, to a device and a method for heating the road surface of asphalt, which heat a surface layer of aged asphalt using a thermal circulation type hot wind blower and cut the surface layer of the heated asphalt using a road surface cutter. In the present invention, an iron belt conveyor is installed on the external upper center of a central heating part having a heating hole on the bottom thereof and is connected with an aggregate hopper formed on the front upper side of a device for heating the road surface of asphalt. Road surface heating hot wind blowers are mounted on both inner front sides of the central heating part to be connected with a heat transferring path such that a heat collecting air blower connected to the rear side of the heat transferring path and with the road surface heating hot wind blowers is connected with a heat collecting pipe. One corner of a side heating part with a heating hole on the bottom thereof is connected with one side of the central heating part using a hinge shaft such that a connection path of the central heating part is connected with a connection path of the side heating part. Therefore, heat remaining after heat of the road surface heating hot wind blowers is supplied to the central heating part and the side heating part in order to heat the surface of a road through the heating hole and is collected by the heat collecting air blower through the heat collecting pipe to be reused. |
