The present invention provides a mat including a pad of which prevents a functional body from flowing to the outside while performing an utmost effect of the functional body. The present invention includes a lower cover; a pad stacked on the lower cover; a cotton layer stacked on the top of the mat; and an upper cover positioned on the upper side of the cotton layer. The pad includes upper and lower non-woven fabric layers; a powder functional body positioned between the first and second non-woven fabric layers. The upper and lower non-woven fabrics include pores and are connected by a bridge structure. The powder functional body is arranged between the bridge structures. The upper and lower covers, the cotton layer, and the pad are connected by quilting. |
