PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for transmitting/receiving a control message among a serving gateway and a PDN(Packet Data Network) gateway and an MME(Mobility Management Entity) existing on an extended femto base station.SOLUTION: A local IP access support method comprises: a step that when a service request is received from a terminal, an initial terminal message including the information of a local gateway is generated and transferred to a mobility management entity; a step that an initial context setting request message including information necessary for radio bearer formation to be transferred from the mobility management entity is received and stored; a step that a PDN connection request for local IP access is received from the terminal, and transferred to the mobility management entity; a step that when the mobility management entity transfers the bearer generation request to the local gateway, the local gateway forms the radio bearer. The local gateway is positioned on the femto cell.
