PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration-proofing device which effectively prevents the occurrence of resonance phenomenon when vibration of specified frequency is inputted from the vibration generation side, and can always exhibit expected vibration-proof function with a relatively simple structure and without requiring a large manufacturing cost.SOLUTION: Each of a pair of permanent magnets 5, 6 is disposed on each of a vibration generation side member 3 and a vibration transmission side member 2 such that the pair of permanent magnets are opposed to each other. At the same time, at least one of the permanent magnets 5, 6 of the pair of permanent magnets 5, 6 has at least two different magnet poles on surfaces opposite to the permanent magnets 6, 5 pairing to the permanent magnets 5, 6. The vibration-proofing device further includes magnetic pole switching means 8 that switches the magnetic poles opposite to each other, of the pair of permanent magnets 5, 6 by displacing at least one side permanent magnet 6 to change the relative position of a magnetic pole existing on the opposite surface 6a of the one side permanent magnet 6 to a magnet pole of the other side permanent magnet 5 opposite to the magnet pole. |
