PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel compound having selectively high inhibitory activity on specific variants of epithelium cell growth factor receptor (EGFR) (for example, L858R activated variant, Exon19 deficiency activated variant and T790M resistant variant), and useful for treatment of diseases mediated by the receptor (for example cancer).SOLUTION: There is provided a 2-(2,4,5-substituted-anilino) pyrimidine-based compound represented by the following formula or pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. G is 1-methyl-1H-indole-3-yl, pyrazolo[1,5-a]pyridine-3-yl and the like, R1 is H and the like, R2 a methoxy and the like, R3 is [2-(dimethylamino)ethyl]-(methyl)amino and the like. |
