PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vaccine composition, a diagnostic kit for HEV infection including a HEV polypeptide, a diagnostic kit including IgG, IgM, and total antibody, and a use thereof for preventing, diagnosing and/or treating HEV infection.SOLUTION: The invention relates to a n-polymeric polypeptide (n is an integer of 2-180) including an amino acid sequence of hepatitis E virus ORF-2, or a fragment thereof. The invention relates to a chimeric polypeptide obtained by fusing the fragment to a conserved fragment of influenza virus hemagglutinin, a covalent bond with the fragment and an epitope polypeptide of hepatitis E virus ORF3, or an immunogenic active fragment thereof, an expression vector including a DNA molecule encoding for the polypeptide, and an expression host including an expression vector. |
