<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact and high performance steam drier with small pressure loss.SOLUTION: A steam drier 1 includes: a casing 11 extending so that steam flows in from an inflow port in a lower part and flows out from an outflow port in an upper part; and plural V-shaped trays 4 which are disposed in a zigzag pattern in a steam path within the casing 11 and each of which expands in a horizontal direction for receiving drain of separated droplets and extends in a drain transfer direction to transfer the steam. The steam drier 1 may further includes a drain header which extends in a vertical direction to collect the drain of droplets and discharge the drain from the bottom. The V-shaped trays 4 may be arranged to have a drain slope toward the drain header to discharge the drain to the drain header.</p> |
